Xplor age, height and weight limits
Xplor’s rules are about safety on real ziplines and in real caves, and staff weigh and measure at the start of the activities. Check your group against this list before you buy.
Age
The minimum age to enter Xplor and Xplor Fuego is 5. Children 5 to 11 pay 25 percent less than the adult price and may need proof of age at the ticket office; from 12, the adult price applies. Children under 5 cannot enter, which is one reason families with toddlers often choose Xcaret instead.

For the Toboganxote you must wear a helmet and be able to swim. Rafts are weighed as a group, so you may wait a few minutes to be matched with another pair.
How high is the zipline, and who should skip it?
The towers reach about 45 m (150 ft) and the 14 lines total about 3.8 km (2.4 miles). Each circuit takes 60 to 100 minutes, with many stairs and no exit once you start. Xplor is not recommended during pregnancy, or with heart, back or blood-pressure conditions, epilepsy, asthma, recent surgery or a fear of heights. There is no wheelchair access to most activities.
